QBU-10kV is an extension of QBU-series up to 10kV operating voltage range. Due high output voltage it may be used with Pockels cells working under L/2 schemes.

Module has fast transition times in both directions and repeats at its output external driving TTL signal. As a result they may be used for q-switched lasers of push-up scheme, pull-down scheme as well for mixed-type or other user-defined scheme.

Under conditions of appropriate forced air cooling multi-kilohertz operations are possible even at maximal output voltage.

With proper load (Pockels cell with 5-7 pF capacitance plus 30-50 cm cable) and under condition of appropriate cooling QBU-10kV has typical performance as below:
