QBD-mini is a series of high repetition rate Pockels cell drivers allowing simple and reliable control of Q-switched lasers. Output voltages may be selected in range up to 4 kV.
Driver may be manufactured in two modification: for pull-down scheme (= normally on scheme) and for push-up scheme (= normally off scheme).

High repetition rates and fast transition times are additional benefits.
Performance
For instance, QBD-mini-4016-UP/DN run with proper load (Pockels cell with 5-7 pF capacitance plus 30-50 cm cable) and under condition of appropriate cooling has typical performance as below:
(*) Values are approximate, exact performance depends on actual load capacitance and cooling conditions.
In burst mode (i.e. for short term operations) the performance increases approximately twice and exceeds 100 kHz at low operating voltages and low load capacitances.
Higher load capacitance decreases the performance.
